Overstock accounts are issued by comenity capital bank.

As of late last week, users reported on another thread that they got a letter saying all the comenity accounts are being closed.

The card issuer (comenity) no longer has a contract with overstock to issue their credit cards, so everyones' credit card accounts are being closed.

Obtained via sct and opened with a few hundred and by far as the easiest.
