Well i just got a bug i haven't seen before, and i have over 3000 hours logged in skyrim.

Websep 25, 2016 · not being able to absorb dragon souls is a issue with the associated skeleton file, if you have any dragon or mesh/texure replaces this would be most likely.
I recommend creating a save for the start of the fight, and quick saving.
Webmiraak is invisible and won't absorb dragon souls.
