Unscrew the retaining bolts and disconnect the thermostatic valve unit (2) complete with bracket (1).

Pump is delphi 200 or 203 you lock the shaft when set.

Says the pump should be set to 29 degrees and the motor should be 28.

Webmay 11, 2022 · the pump needs to be set using tools by fuel injection specialists, locked in place & fitted to the engine at tdc, & remembering to then unlock the pump.

Everything is loose and it's not coming out.
