New Holland L555 Problems - magento2

The bad parts about them are hydraulic.

Machine moves great but boom and bucket wont.

My brother bought a new holland l555 with 2300hrs, everything seems to be in good shape the loader is real tight and everthing works as it.

2496 hrs showing on working meter.

When i bought it had fuel issues and was just bubbling out of.
