Resetting lorex dvr without a password:
Webmay 6, 2023 · the easiest and most common way to reset your lorex nvr is by using the reset button.
Locate the reset button at the back of your nvr.
If your lorex dvr is not recognizing your password, then you may need to reset it in order to regain access.
If you restore your dvr / nvr system to default settings, the username and password will also be restored to default.

I have a brand new (lh118501 ) 8ch and i cannot access the main menu because it keeps asking for the unit id and user and password.
