Weboct 20, 2021 · select “pilot jobs” and then “seniority” tab and you can see the date of hire of the most junior person in each seat, at each base, on each airplane.
Can anyone shed any light on what aircraft are.
I don’t know of a full list anywhere but i’m certain if you ask a skywest recruiter they can.

They almost always send people to msp, ord, dtw.
Webmost recent bases that are most junior is everything erj except pdx, sea, and san.
Phx, cos, lax, psp, pdx, slc & fat are all very senior and aren’t.

Denver and boise are super junior bases.
